I don't know if there's any kind of debate for these particular and huge nebular-like structures found in most spiral galaxies...

But I thought well it could be an idea to implement them (not immediatly for S.E. 0.9.7.1 though) but just in general.
It would be nice to see them in other galaxies from a particular distance and as you move closer towards them they start to appear more nebular (except for a far greater diameter than regular diffuse nebula) just a thought...

Interesting idea. I think in general they are very faint structures, typically invisible to the eye. But it could make sense to show them if considering exploration in SE with enhanced sensing/detectors, or in different wavelengths.
