A new kind of Neutron-Stars: Magnetar?

Magnetars are Neutron Stars that create a huge magnetic field. They have a slow rotation periodl compared to other neutron stars. (Around 5-12 seconds)
Maybe there are Neutron Stars in Space Engine that have a rotation period like that, but the odd look of Magnetars could be recreated:

There are neutron stars in SE that are tidally locked in binaries, but I don't know how realistic or common that would be in real life.

Having a neutron star have a certain chance (provided certain conditions are met) to be a magnetar would be pretty cool.
