Wow, it passed over one of the ejecta lines from an impact ray system. You could see how the line was made up of tiny little impact craters of various sizes!

Indeed, though I think Energia could have made quite a name for itself too, but the fall of the USSR stifled any chance of that (along with many other promising aerospace projects).
