I'm excited about the Quasars. Even excited if you add more star catalogs too.

You didn't see planets close to the white dwarf exactly because they was destroyed by the star at red giant stage.

but i have seen planets orbiting black holes.

Those could have formed in the same manner as pulsar planets, or they could have been captured from another star system. Besides, I've only found dwarf planets around single black holes so far. Also, I haven't seen any black hole-black hole binaries, just black hole-brown dwarf systems and black hole-star systems.

P.S.: I noticed that SE defines a dwarf planet as any non-asteroidal body <4000 km in diameter, when in reality there are true planets in that range. Kepler-37e is defined as a planet, even though it's smaller than 4000 km. Maybe you should fix the dwarf planet definition so it fits the IAU definition (a spherical/spheroidal object that is in orbit around a single/multiple star and has too little gravity to clear its orbit of other objects). That would depend on the object's SMA and mass, as well as the combined mass of its parent star(s).

@SpaceEngineer: What star system is that?

I only now noticed the new colourful arrangement of Space Engine tasks in the list at the top of this topic, and found that volcanos are painted green. I thought SE only included one type of volcano yet, those big shield volcanos like Mauna Kea and Olympus Mons, and that Vladimir implemented emissive lava (and maybe Io-like calderas?) for the next version, but not all the other volcanic types that exist in reality, from more or less perfect and narrow cones like Mt. Fuji or Etna to linear features like the icelandic Bardabunga volcano. Or even like the whole Mid Atlantic Ridge, which is basically one humongous linear volcano. So I'd expect it to be painted yellow, not green. As in "partially done". Am I missing something?

They let me use this!

Oh my, having read this list finally I now have the full scope of this project! Time for some guerrilla advertising in mass, Firefly pulled it off.

This project is mind blowing and I can't wait for the release of the new version, I will certainly be donating when I download it and can't thank the dev enough for making this free.

I was salivating over the to do list and wondered what you are working on right now on what else you intended to work on before release. Specifically any of the below as thinking of these features being implemented in the next iteration makes my heart beat faster.

Self-shadowing of the terrain, ambient occlusion, global illumination
Animation of clouds, cyclones
Clouds shadows on the landscape
3D clouds with lighting and self-shadowing
God-Rays from the landscapes and clouds in the atmosphere
3D water with waves animation, simulation of the tides
Refraction and reflection on the water surface
More types of atmospheres, generation of models at run-time, binding to astrophysics
Volcanoes, volcanic eruption, animation of explosions and ash clouds

The thought of flying through alien atmospheres with alien weather effects was why I bought Elite Dangerous but that has failed to deliver and given the size of the team and comparative funding working on that it is disappointing.
Actually I think you put their dev team to shame in many respects but mean that as a huge compliment to you rather than derogatory remark on Frontier Developments and of course I appreciate they are first and foremost trying to create a game experience with all the added resources that takes.

So any news on any of the above even if it is to say not in this release?
Many thanks

No, none of those things will be in the next release, and they will probably not be implemented for a long time.

Ah okay, I knew it was a long shot. It still looks fantastic and fingers crossed for the future.
Do you know when the To Do list may be next updates as last update was August?

Hey! Maybe you could have a placeholder for the prodecural life using a similar way to Species?

Species ALRE simulates evolution on a tiny island, and even then the FPS drops occasionaly. In SpaceEngine you'd have to do the same for entire PLANETS.
