Has the screenshots directory been moved? I can't find it in the Steam version folders or in my windows images directory.

Sorry if this has been asked already. I searched this thread for screenshot and couldn't find anything on this.

Not that I know of. Do you mean screenshots taken in SpaceEngine using f11, or screenshots taken with the steam overlay. Those taken in SpaceEngine should still be in the screenshots folder in the main SE directory. Those takes in the steam overlay are at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\41729496\760\remote\314650\screenshots (or wherever your steam main directory is onward).

I may have been pressing f10 (Elite Dangerous screenshots) and apparently the screenshots directory is created upon the first screenshot taken. D'oh!

All sorted biggrin thx

EDIT: I think I may have figured out what was going on. I think my Virtual Desktop app for my Rift was blocking the use of my F11 key. I've since remapped it to something else and I can consistently take screenshots now.

Was the "earth with rings" feature removed? I cannot find any... looked multiple times in many galaxies only to find none.

I was able to find only double terras (terra with terra moon) and gas giant with the terra moons, but no terra with rings.

Bug in the newest version, When using the "gg" goto mode, if you press the q or e keys it causes rotation at speeds that are normally not possible

This is a wonderful update. Bug time:

The biggest bugs I've found are strange rectangular shadows, and this one instance of my ship falling through the surface of a planet. I'm uploading the log file and some glorious screenshots:

EDIT: Also, when I switch to full screen, SE will start flashing constantly (btw SE and solid black). This hapens when I press Alt+Enter to switch, but doesn't when I set the resolution in the display options.

A - probably stupid - question.
Is it possible - or will it be possible - if the Steam version is installed, to make a copy of the folder, and to play with the copy?

Normally I have always multiple installations. For testing of add-ons.

Don't forget to look here.

Delete the cache and try again. Is this bug still here?

Yes, Steam is is no more than distribution and update platform for now. You may copy SE out of its folder. SE don't use Steamworks API for now, so things like cd-key check don't work.

SpaceEngineer, So you could theoretically distribute rc3 to every else who doesn't have a beta key? Right? Or would you not want that?

sinsforeal, yes you could but it would be better for people to just wait for the update here on the site.
