Look at the attachment.

Ok, I guess it's possible to find big stars in it, but a complete planetary system??? I tried to look up the star, but it gives no results. Is this some kind of test?

It's a procedural star, recognisable by the RS name, not a real one. The planets aren't real either. Procedural objects are a huge part of SpaceEngine, pretty surprised you don't seem to have heard of them yet. Every galaxy, no matter how far away (and the farther galaxies themselves are procedural) is peopled by procedural objects.

I occasionally stream at http://www.twitch.tv/magistermystax. Sometimes SE, sometimes other games.
