Since we're all being very technical here, it should be noted that only "real" force here is the centripetal force, the centrifugal force is not actually a real force; rather it is an illusionary effect caused by the centripetal force combined with inertia.

I created an Imgur gallery of screenshots recreating the intro of the Star Trek: The Next Generation season one and two opening credits

I posted it to Reddit, and someone was clever enough to make it into a Gif!

Is it just me, or does anyone else see an upside hill in chromatic9's third last picture? It really confuses me for the first few seconds that I look at it!

I can see where you might be seeing it (a slope greater than 1, if I interpret your meaning correctly), but I'm pretty sure it's just shading...

Kind of similar thing I get when looking at some photos or videos of space engine is this illusion
