No, it's just that the way the SE universe is generated is different in the newer versions so systems you find in older ones probably won't exist in newer ones.
Oh, I remember 972 though...back in my newbie days with SE, haha
Welll...I had 971 at one point but that didn't last long...

Living among the stars, I find my way. I grow in strength through knowledge of the space I occupy, until I become the ruler of my own interstellar empire of sorts. Though The world was made for the day, I was made for the night, and thus, the universe itself is within my destiny.

When new galaxies are added to SE, it offsets the RS XXXX- part of a star in a catalog galaxy by some. Try replacing "RS 8409-" with "RS 8476-" and see what happens.

i've decided to just show a few of theese at a time so i can uniquely comment on each picture/not bombard this tag.
these are some of my first pictures from RC2.

salenas still look pretty boring after a while but this one had different colors and rings so it gets a pass.

there seems to be more venus-like planets with super thick clouds like these that block out the surface. they look gorgeous to me

nothing too special. but the new rocky terrain looks much more realistic.

two brightly colored salenas.

more showing off of the rocky terrain, with a view of an asteroid moon.

i'm calling this one "caramel land"

thats it for now i guess, i still have 40+ other photos from RC2 but man thats gonna take a while.

Space is big. Really big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist, but that's just peanuts to space.
