Hey guys, space engine newbie here. I want to show you some of my screenshots from my first day in Space Engine. To be honest I don't know how to post them. Can someone help me? I really want to share some of these good pictures.

Normally we do that like this:

1.- You upload the pictures to imgur or something like that.
2.- Then, when commenting in the forum, you press the img button and put the url of your image when it is asked (the url must be that of the image, not that of a web page where the image is displayed)
3.- If you want that the picture you just added becomes a link to a bigger version, you just have to select the text of the image (url and prefix and sufix code) and press http:// button, when it is asked you write the url of your image.

Thanks! I will make an imgur account and post some more because I found a surprise I want to share.
Edit: imgur is telling me file is zero bytes or can't be accessed, how do I fix that?
Edit #2: I fixed it by moving them to desktop.

I have them uploaded, so get ready for my first 30 pictures taken in Space Engine! Note that they get better as I get used to the game. These are a bit nooby pictures but the next wave will be my best ones including a special discovery!

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum as well as the game, and just wanted to share some of my best screenshots of this incredible engine. I have not added any post effects, they are the raw images.

I hope you guys like them smile

Excellent! I love this game a lot but have a hard time getting images because of my low spec pc. But this game is awesome in the realism department!

Yes, the beauty astounds me! I spent about 20 minutes last night just flying between the canyons on one planet having a great time lol. Tonight i am going to do more jumping between galaxies in search of some particularly interesting places, as apposed to just going to random places, I really am like a kid in a candy store with a game like this haha.
Your images are awesome too btw, would you be able to tell me where that planet with the green atmosphere is located? I would love to check it out for myself smile

Nice images and welcome to the forums, guys.

However, You might want to consider posting three or four images and then hiding most of your pictures behind spoiler tags for people with slow connections. To do this, just click the button that says 'spoiler' when making a new post, and then just upload your pictures as normal, and you can either make individual spoiler tags for each picture or just hide them all behind one spoiler tag. It helps cut down on the massive posts and again, makes things a bit easier on people with slower connections.

Anyway, here's a couple of pictures.

I'm sorry, I didn't save the location of the green planet so I don't know where I found it. But I will check in the journey log to find it because it is one of the coolest planets I have found.

Just 4 pictures from yesterday, I will try to stop the mass posting as I see how that would annoy people.

Your in luck, I found the green planet about last on the journey log. I don't know exactly how to give coordinates, so I will tell you it's exact name. Be aware though that it might not be in your game as each one randomly generates different planets, I think. It's exact name is RS 8409-1357-5-14031-1198 2.2

I hope it is in your game, it's a good planet for screenshots and crater exploring.

Nastronaut, Space Engine generates the universe the same way for every user, so it should be in his game, as long as he is running the same version as you do.

If you don't mind asking, what version are you using?

EDIT: Here are some of my screenshots I took over the last few days:
