What evaporating stars? What volumetric lights?

I think he is talking about particle effects which really need some work because they significantly drop perfomance at this version.

Harbinger : Yes, my bad. It's brighter because the shadow aren't visible.

And yes, I'm talking about this particle effect. you know, the planets which are close to their star, the blue jet which makes my graphic card cry.

Chromatic & bambusman : beautiful !

www.deadendthrills.com

They were grabbed in the region of 8K resolution, so let me know if you want the originals uploaded. The site should be sufficient for wallpapers, though.

Finally sat down and did some real exploring tonight. Not on the scale that I sued to but, you know.

First off a gas giant and then some pictures of it's moon with lava geo-glyphs.

Then creepy gas giant.

Then a random ice world with moons.

It's a planet from the 0.9.7.1 version and also edited.

My sister was exploring, and came across this interesting galaxy:

Here is a gas giant with a gas giant moon, where the moon is bigger than the planet it orbits, although with slightly lower gravity.

Both are from 0.9.7.1.
