Here is a picture of my favorite solar system i have found:


The Blue star is, surprisingly, a white dwarf, and it is the most massive star of the system, at 1.396 solar masses.
The White star is actually a yellow dwarf being orbited another white dwarf.

The Planet itself looks quite good too:

You can also sometimes see The carina and Horse Nebula!

You know, for someone who was making a big deal about removing rings from a planet, suddenly I'm all about finding planets with cool ring systems.





And then I flew back to the first terra with life that I found in 9.7.1 just to do some exploring around. And then I found out that the terra was actually a moon to a temperate desert planet, which suddenly explained why the continents looked surprisingly small to me the first time around.
