Solaris you always put everyone else to shame with your screens, that top one I thought was a long exposure before I saw the orbit trails. The rest look really great as well.

Gave my ship piloting skills a go after a lot of experimenting and Ive become quite good at traveling between star systems, definitely going to try and fly out of the Milky Way to Andromeda, although no ship render makes it extra difficult.

Although a video would be better I am feeling a bit lazy at this time, might make one soon though if someone can give me a good star on the opposite side of the galaxy to fly to.

Starting point was Earth

Leaving Sol

Skipping ahead of when ship was invisible to right when it came back
Arriving at Barnard's Star System

Flying towards the Cold Titan

Destination Barnard's Star 5 "Cold Titan" reached

Check time on screens for proof I didn't just teleport to spots
also no hyperdrive used, just good old acceleration and deceleration tongue

P.S: They also have the same type of terrain, only the main body has water and different colours

I think I found the perfect vacation spot.

Beach and sun all day long because the sun never moves in the sky. For some reason, this planet is tidally locked at over 0.4 AU from ist's parent star.

The shores are all very inviting all over the planet, but try to stay on the sun lit side wink

We are not responsible if you venture too far into the permanent hurricane. Be advised, gale force winds all year smile

We also have perfect location near the terminator zone for winter sports all year smile

Here are the details of my perfect vacation planet smile

metaloz, Esses planetas são um "ovo de páscoa" do SpaceEngineer que escondeu as 12 colonias de cobol no jogo como tributo à famosa série de TV Battlestar Galactica wink

metaloz, those planets are an easter egg planted by SpaceEngineer. The 12 colonies of Cobol as an ingame tribute to the famous TV show Battlestar Galactica wink
