I think you guys need to read the v.97 changes in the forum. Gas giants, milky way clouds, menus...... and other features are improvements. Does not mean that v .96 is obsolete however. These images look very good.

Funny how the exact same place can look utterly different during a single day in multiple-star systems. Especially if illumination at its position isn't dominated by one of the stars.

This is what I enjoy the most in SE: to be able to get some of the feel to actually be in utterly alien places.











PS - these are raw images, meaning I didn't get rid of that pesky corruption at the bottom, that shows up in some of the screen dumps I make, although not in all of them. Dunno what causes it to appear or not.
