Yo listen up this is the story, about a little guy who lives in a blue world and all day and all night and everything he sees is just blue like him, inside and outside...

Naiad just after sunset, the distant Sun still illuminating rock tips, but most of the landscape instead lit by Neptune's giant crscent.

Iapetus and Rhea with Saturn.

Ascraeus Mons at dawn.

Ascraeus again, and the Noctis Labyrinthus.

Mars' north pole.

Ascraeus again, this time in its shadow. The Sun would already be up in this area if it wasn't for the gigantic peak. Mercury is visible in this shot, the bright yellow-white light to the left of the bright blue star.

I agree. I spend like 70% of my time in SE within our Solar System.

Taken from a planet in an open cluster. Used auto-exposure, some stars are visible in daylight. Binary planet.

Grr... does anyone know how to make is stop taking the "~original" off the images? It keeps linking to the crappily compressed ones.

The universe is not required to be in perfect harmony with human ambition.

I like zooming in on mountain ranges from space.
In this planet, on sea level it's burning hot, so the only plants are on top of mountains, where it's cooler.
