Well, the second last picture is a planet with a thick atmosphere
orbiting a brown dwarf, they're pretty common.

The other is a black hole with a brown dwarf behind it.

This picture just strikes me as melancholic.

And just because I got curious the other day and wanted to find a impossibly bright planet. This planet was very close to a white super giant with a blue giant sitting on the other side. Needless to say, I don't think anything lives there. Unless it's aliens made of sunlight.

And then just a dust bank that I thought looked pretty.

Did some modification to the ship warp shader to make it more like a warp bubble, now the space is distorted around the edge, compressed in front, and expanded behind from all angles.

Have I told, you lately, that I lo-o-ove you?

This last one is from the galaxy RG 0-7-711535-824 which is the galaxy from Harb's latest Challenge: Best Screenshot With A Nebula [HD-06] but with one major difference: I have installed many galaxies from Voekoevaka's galaxies n nebulas on demand series so the procedural galaxies have changed. The default galaxy is not that beautiful. This new one is awesome smile

Lots of pictures this time.

Sunset on a planet with a very thick atmosphere.

I've found a new favorite place.

It's a terra with life orbiting a gas giant.
There are two fun things about it.

First, it's in a quintuple system that has a white dwarf in it.

Second, it's near a big cluster of stars.

And some landscape shots. SE has been working particularily well for me lately for some reason. smile

What could these blotches of color be?

The cluster can be seen even during the day.

A shot from space at a mountain range.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot the location. biggrin RS 0-7-1160923-140-230-8-1691297-0 A4.3
