Just tweaking and re-tweaking star_flare and star_part trying to recreate those famous hubble photos of the horsehead nebula:

Some really nice pics above guys - I was influenced by zatsolo and mordin86 actually smile

Cool pics you have there guys!
Here's a resort planet I call Emerald. Cool climate and luxury hotels all over the place biggrin
I like to make shuttle travels to it from Earth. The climate is tropical and ultra stable, the temperature is +30C always (tidal locking), ESI over 0.900 and a lot of warm green seas. Perfect tropical place.

Oh, and I forgot to tell that it is around a catalog (non-procedural) star HIP67960, which is only 11 parsecs or so from the Sun (in (0.97). And even though the pics may don't convey it, but this place is the closest to the definition of a tropical Paradise.

Damn, the quality of the pics is so bad despite a very good computer sad

@ chromatic9

Thank you.

If we can say that "SpaceEngine" is like a "Ferrari", then we can say for sure that you're a fantastic and spectacular pilot! smile

The most devoted disciples of Saint Solaris, Father of Screenies. We stand in awe of the Great Three. Bless us, great ones, with your sense of composition. How is it, that they use 0.96 but bring forth the wonder of version 1? Why have they come; do they wish to give us their skills, or just show us theirs?

Seriously though, they are the three best screenshot creators. And Zat Solo, but religious pondering becomes difficult with more than three deities. biggrin
