I was going to submit this to HD-04 challenge but sadly SE crashed

Why can't you still submit it? Unless you flew to that system entirely by manual camera movement the planet should still be in your Journey Log (TAB key) smile

Is that a moon causing gravitational lensing in the second pic?

Edit: It's not centered on the moon, but the source of the gfravitational lensing would have to be between the planet and you.

That's most likely a spaceship

Not an atmosphere but, eclipse bug, one of the oldest issues in SE. It keeps surprising me that not everyone knows of it. It's caused by an eclipse much farther in the system, either another planet or binary stars.
