Show of your custom made system

I searched around the forum to see if there was a thread about showing of your custom systems in Space Engine.
But there was none, so i made this one.
I'll start off with this custom system i made.

The Viper is an old planet with an advanced alien race. The environment on the planet seems hostile, both on surface, and in space. The alien race seems to have some kind of sun beam that is blinding, making it difficult to get close.

Here's a set of two Terras orbiting each other. The one on the right is suitable for earth life. But on the left there is a planet with life, but it is near impossible to land on it, since the atmospheric pressure is similar to a gas giant.

The Viking definitely has one of the prettiest sights in the solar system. The gas giant is in a critical state to become a brown dwarf, also making it the most unstable planetary system.

And these three planets just doesn't obey the laws of physics.

This system isn't a "custom"system, but i wanted to add it. It's the Kepler-186 System, the first system found with an earth-sized planet in the habitable zone.

You *might* want to move this thread to the Mods and Addons section. I'm saying this because I have a mod I have pictures for, but also want to show the code file here so that people can explore it for themselves.

So share it anyway?

Where in the rules does it say you can't share planet data in a Space Journeys thread?

Actually, the high-pressure one would- if you had the right kind of hull- be easy to land on, you might not even need parachutes!

Tips for finding Earth-Like planets: Look for F, G, or K Class stars. M class habitables will almost always be tidelocked. Oceanias can, of course, also be habitable, they just have tiny amounts of land.

Here it is. I was inspired to create it after reading Terry Pratchett and Stephen Baxter's book The Long Earth, which is about a series of parallel universe Earths:

Edit: I can't seem to upload the next two photos. Anyway, the second planet is a desert with gray water added, and the fourth is a greenhouse-y terra with a temp of 100 C.

Can you, and if you can, how do you make custom night skies?
My "surface_glow" file is this,

But it comes out as this.

kham132, have you specified your glowmap in the Surface tag properly? For example, it could be something like this:

You should check your console or se.log for any bad or missing texture files. Also, I'm unsure if adding textures to planets works if the planet has a procedural landscape. And make sure you have the "night-side lights" option turned on!

I put your code in, (thanks!) but I got an interesting result.

I like the blue, sort of. How do you remove that?

kham132, I don't realy know how to get rid of it, but it probably has somethiing to do with the "GlowColor" tag.

Try changing it to 0.00 0.00 0.00, like:

Code
     GlowColor      (0.00 0.00 0.00)

Okay, I made it work! I had to make a custom texture file for the planet, put in the texture data into the .sc file for the system (I looked at the Earth file as an example), and this is my result.

I spent a lot of time creating my own solar system. It has over 40 different planetary bodies so I'll just show some of the highlights here.
