Very nice upgrades are done I see. But I suggest to animate the SUN TOO :MAKE FLARES for the sun it would make it more realistic. And animate the gas giant too..

Fantastic! The speed of the aurora doesn't seem to add quite up, though. In some of the sequences the aurora seems to move at about 50x normal speed (this could be different on other worlds?), but the rotation of the sky indicates that the time moves much faster.

Will autoexposure make the aurora disappear when it would be impossible to see in reality?

Speed of the aurora was slowed down 10 times - because the orbital period of this moon is quite big. There was a small hack to make this video )) BTW, this animation, based on Perlin noise, was implemented just tomorrow, before there was a primitive wave-like motion.

Yes, and on the planets with an atmosphere it will disappear at daytime just like the milky way and stars.

Flares would definetly be good, for all stars, not just the sun.

Also, by animate the gas giants, what do you mean? Space engineer did put the auroae on the gas giants and there is cloud movement already.

Or arctic twilight as the planets pole enters n (amount of time, days, months, years, centuries, millenia) of darkness.

Have you ever though about addin music in game. Sure we can use music from youtube but if you could add music like this one ingame it would be cool. You could have an option to turn it on and off.
